What's Inside Every 17-Card Pack?

Forget the filler. Every single card in an OverPower booster is playable, giving you the characters and abilities you need to jump into the game faster. Each 17-card booster pack contains:

• 12 Commons (2 Character Stacks): Each pack guarantees two randomized Character Stacks. A stack consists of 1 Character Card and 5 tailored Special Cards, meaning you always pull two characters you can immediately play with.
• 4 Uncommons: Expand your strategies with Homebases, Teamwork Cards, "Any Character" Cards, Multi-Power Cards, or One-Per-Deck Specials.
• 1 Rare (or Ultra Rare): Every pack guarantees at least one Rare, with the chance to pull an Ultra Rare. Any Rare or Ultra Rare can also appear as a stunning Foil!

Cosmetic Rarity & Pure Playability

Lazarus Rising Games has redefined the CCG model: all functionally unique playable cards are found in the Common and Uncommon slots. Rarity in OverPower is purely cosmetic, keeping the barrier to entry low for competitive play while still offering a thrilling hunt for collectors. Note: Foundational cards (Basic Universe, Missions, Events, Power Cards) have been removed from boosters to streamline your pulls; these can be found in Starter Decks or the Power Card Station.
