How to use the Buylist

Selling Your Cards to Skyfox Games

Faster check-ins, transparent grading, and quicker payouts.

1. Build Your Submission

Navigate to our Buylist Portal. You will be prompted to log in or create a Skyfox Games account. This account tracks your trade-in history and manages your digital payouts.

  • Search & Add: Find your cards, select the correct Set and Condition, and add them to your cart.
  • Approval: Click Submit and wait for our team to review your list. You will receive an email notification once your list is approved for drop-off or mail-in.

2. Mandatory Preparation

To avoid delays or processing fees (10% of value), please ensure:

  • Exact Order: Cards MUST be sorted in the same order as your digital submission ticket.
  • No Sleeves: Remove all cards from sleeves, binder pages, or top-loaders.
  • Correct Condition: Review our Condition Guide to ensure your grading matches our standards.

3. The Digital Pass (QR Code)

Skyfox Games new buylist provides a Digital Submission Ticket that makes checking in at the store instant.

Save the QR code from your confirmation email, or click "Add to Apple/Google Wallet" for easy access on your phone.
⚡ Instant Scan
When you arrive at the counter, show us your QR code. We scan it to instantly pull up your submission and start the intake.
❓ No Smartphone or QR Code? No problem! If you can't access the code, just provide our staff with the Name or Email Address associated with your Skyfox Games account, and we can look you up manually.

4. Verification & Payout

Once checked in, our team will verify the contents and condition of your cards (usually within 1–3 business days). When finished:

  • You will receive a notification to review any final adjustments.
  • Choose your payout: Instant Store Credit, E-Transfer, or Cash (In-store by appointment).
