How to Use Your Store Credit
It's easy to use the Store Credit you've earned at Skyfox Games! Follow these simple steps to apply your balance to your next purchase.
🗝️ The Golden Rule: Log In First
Store credit is tied directly to your customer account. You must be logged in to see or use your balance. Log in here before you start shopping.
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Check Your Balance
Once logged in, you can view your available Store Credit balance by visiting your Account Page. This balance can be used for any products in our store!
Step 2: Add Items to Your Cart
Shop as you normally would and add your desired items to the cart. When you are ready, proceed to the Checkout.
Step 3: Apply Credit at Checkout
During the checkout process (Information or Payment stages), you will see a section titled "Store Credit" showing your available balance.
- Check the box or enter the amount you wish to apply to your order.
- The total price will automatically update to reflect your new balance.
✅ Step 4: Combine with Loyalty Rewards
Great news! Store credit acts as a payment method, meaning you can now combine your Store Credit with Loyalty Rewards and other discount codes on the same order. Simply enter your reward code in the discount field as usual.
Step 5: Finalize Your Purchase
If your store credit covers the full amount, you can complete the order immediately. If there is a remaining balance, choose your preferred payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.) to pay the difference.
