Welcome to Skyfox Games! This document outlines our shipping policies, pre-order conditions, and in-store procedures for both our online store and retail location in Oshawa, Ontario.

🚚 Shipping & Order Fulfillment

Order Processing Times

Estimated Shipping Times

Due to increased online demand, shipping times may experience delays. We appreciate your patience as we work to process all orders as quickly as possible.

In-Store Singles Order Requirements

To keep service fast and consistent, the following rules apply to in-store singles:

• Limit: 5 cards or less.
• Process: Substitution slip required; must be placed on a customer account (Name + Phone required).
• Stock: On-site/in-stock items only. No special requests (photos, variant hunting, etc.).
• Availability: Subject to change based on queue volume or staffing.

📦 Pre-Orders & Product Allocations

Stock Shortages & Allocations

In the event of manufacturer or distributor allocations (receiving less stock than confirmed):

1. Orders are attempted to be fulfilled from oldest to newest.
2. If stock is insufficient, remaining orders will be refunded starting from the most recent (newest) order.

Purchasing Limits

Due to the volatile TCG market, we reserve the right to limit, reduce, or cancel quantities on any order (including pre-orders) on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping Rules for Pre-Orders

• Hold Policy: Orders containing pre-order items will be held until all items are available. To split a shipment, an additional shipping fee is required.
• Tracking: We highly recommend tracked shipping. Skyfox Games is not liable for packages marked as "Delivered" that are lost or stolen.
• Uninsured Mail: If shipped without tracking/insurance, we cannot assist in the event of loss or theft.

💰 Pricing & Guarantees

General Pricing Errors

While we strive for accuracy, typographical errors may occur. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for items with incorrect pricing.

Pre-Order Price Guarantee

• Your price is locked in at the time of purchase.
• If the price drops before release, store credit for the difference may be issued at our discretion.
• Tariffs: As of February 2025, pre-orders may be subject to tariff-based increases. We will contact you for approval if this occurs.

🔄 Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

Final Sale Items

The following items are non-refundable:

• TCG Singles & TCG Sealed Product.
• Tournament entries.
• Booster boxes, packs, and Funko Pop! figures.

Cancellation Fees

• TCG Sealed Product: Generally ineligible for cancellation. Restocking fees of 15% to 25% may apply at our discretion.
• Non-TCG Pre-Orders: (Board games, RPGs, Toys) incur a 20% processing fee.
• Exchanges: Accepted for unopened products within 30 days with a receipt. Differences are issued as store credit.

🃏 TCG Singles & Inventory Accuracy

• Substitutions: We may substitute a specific version with one of identical rarity, condition, artwork, and market value if the original is unavailable.
• Photos: Provided only for singles valued at $100.00 CAD or more.
• Condition: Near Mint (NM) does not guarantee "gradable" (10/10) condition.
• Letter Mail: (Canada Only) Max value $49.99 CAD, max 50 singles. No tracking.

🛡️ High-Value Orders ($100+ CAD)

For security on orders over $100 placed on accounts with few completed orders:

• In-Store: A verification email will be sent for confirmation.
• Online: A verification email will be sent; signature confirmation for delivery is required.

⚠️ Abandoned Orders & Restrictions

• Abandoned Orders: In-store pickups are held for 30 days. After a final 7-day notice, items are reclaimed. No refunds will be issued.
• Regional Restrictions: Per manufacturer policy, Magic: The Gathering and Yu-Gi-Oh! pre-orders ship within Canada only.
