Canada Post Strike – September 2025
Alternate Carriers
To minimize delays, we are not shipping with Canada Post and are using alternate carriers.
PO Box deliveries may incur higher fees — a street address is recommended.
Q: Can I still use Letter Mail?
No. The Letter Mail option is suspended during the strike.
Q: My order is already in the mail. Will I get it?
Yes, but delays are expected. Orders will ship out in order once service resumes.
Q: My order hasn’t shipped yet. Can I switch to pick-up?
If your order hasn’t been processed, it may be switched to in-store pick-up. Please email info@skyfoxgames.com
Estimated shipping times may see delays due to an increase in online orders requiring shipping.
*Please note*
- Any pre-order items included in an order that qualifies for free shipping may either be refunded or invoiced separately for shipping in order to complete the transaction. If the removal of a pre-order item results in the remaining order total falling below the free shipping threshold, a shipping invoice will also be issued for the original order. These situations will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the store’s discretion.
- Any additional charges, such as duty fees/customs fees, are not collected by Skyfox Games and are collected by a third party. You will be responsible for any additional fees that may occur during shipping.
- Any additional shipping fees (including fees to return items to Skyfox Games) will be the responsibility of the customer.
- All pre-orders will be shipped to you within 7 business days of the product(s) arriving at our location.

Letter Mail (TCG SINGLES ONLY)
All orders that have selected the "Lettermail TCG Singles up to $49.99 (No Tracking, Bubble Mail)" shipping option must contain only TCG card singles and no other items. There is also a limit of 50 TCG Singles per order to qualify for Letter Mail.
If an order does not meet these requirements, the order will be cancelled and refunded, or an additional charge may be sent to the customer.
This shipping option is not offered outside of Canada.
Skyfox Games highly recommends that you select a shipping option that includes tracking, to safely ensure your packages arrive.
Skyfox Games is not liable for stolen/misplaced/lost in transit orders that have been marked as delivered.
If your order does not contain tracking information or insurance, Skyfox Games will be unable to assist in the resolution of your order in the event of stolen/misplaced/lost in transit packages.
