Estimated shipping times may see delays due to an increase in online orders requiring shipping.

Any additional charges, such as duty fees/customs fees, are not collected by Skyfox Games and are collected by a third party. You will be responsible for any additional fees that may occur during shipping.
Any additional shipping fees (including fees to return items to Skyfox Games) will be the responsibility of the customer.

All pre-orders will be shipped to you within 7 business days of the product(s) arriving at our location.

Letter Mail (TCG SINGLES ONLY)
All orders that have selected the "Letter Mail (TCG SINGLES ONLY)" shipping option must contain only TCG card singles and no other items. If an order does not meet these requirements, the order may be cancelled and refunded, or an additional charge may be sent to the customer. This shipping option is not offered outside of Canada.

Skyfox Games highly recommends that you select a shipping option that includes tracking, to safely ensure your packages arrive.

Skyfox Games is not liable for stolen/misplaced/lost in transit orders that have been marked as delivered.
If your order does not contain tracking information or insurance, Skyfox Games will be unable to assist in the resolution of your order in the event of stolen/misplaced/lost in transit packages.
